Standard Shipping: £4.99
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days
We will aim to dispatch Standard Delivery orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Most orders placed before midday will be dispatched same day or the following day. Standard Shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

Express Shipping: £9.50
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 Working Days
We will aim to dispatch Express Delivery orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Most orders placed before midday will be dispatched same day. Express Shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

Large Orders
Because our sweet cones are fresh and made-to-order, orders over 50 cones may require extra processing time. Please contact us for any questions about delivery times.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK. Please contact us via phone or email to ask about potential options.

OPENING TIMES: Our office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders will not be despatched outside of these times.
